In my quest to help you hack the salt out of your pantry and spice rack, I am finding and reviewing products I use to help ensure I have hacked as much sodium as possible out of my recipes without losing taste. To that end, I want to expand and present for your collection of salt free spices-McCormick’s Perfect Pinch Salt Free Garlic and Herb. Available at Walmart, Sam’s Club, and many other large retailers, as well as Amazon, this has been a staple in my spice rack since it came on the scene.

My Review of McCormicks Salt Free Garlic and Herb

Many manufacturers add sodium either to their spice mix or as a preservative. This mix has none of that. The blend of ingredients lends this blend to any dish or cuisine that calls for garlic. I’ve used it on chicken, fish, and vegetables. I love to use it when grilling, along with the Weber Salt Free Grill Mates. When grilling, make sure you spritz on a little extra virgin olive oil, to hold the spice to the item you are cooking.
