Talking Low Sodium on the Social Media Boombox Podcast

Talking Low Sodium on the Social Media Boombox Podcast

Today we are talking low sodium on the Social Media Boombox Podcast. There is an organization I have been proud to be involved with almost since it’s inception, the Social Media Breakfast – Minneapolis St. Paul Chapter. It is the longest continually running gathering of social media practitioners, marketers, and innovators, and pretty much a whole bunch of smart people.

We gather once a month over bagels, coffee, and bacon to discuss the latest and newest technology platforms and what it means to business. Our PR firm (my day job) has been a sponsor/partner since it’s first year of existence about 7 years ago.

In addition to the meetings (which you can view online even if you aren’t local) they do a monthly podcast, The Social Media Boombox. I was invited to be the guest and catch up and discuss what I am doing here on Hacking Salt. I recount the story and inspiration that lead to me blogging about low sodium. If you want to hear more, why don’t you give it a listen. I am looking to start a Hacking Salt Podcast in the coming months. What do you think? would you want to listen to people discussing low sodium? Let me know in the comments below.

  1. I think a hacking salt podcast is a great ideal and a wonderful way to share important information. Go for it😊

  2. Hello Christopher, I listened to your podcast and you were great. The information was inspiring and has the wheels turning in my head to seek out low or no sodium recipes. My first project will be low sodium salmon roll and I plan on trying your Buffalo Wings dip. I think I have mastered the chicken wings being from Buffalo,New York. I make my own hot sauce which is great on the wings and sometimes I use unsalted butter. Thank you so much for all you hard work. You are my salt free hero😊
