Thank you for visiting Hacking Salt! I’m thrilled that you are interested in partnering with me and I’d love to share a little about myself, my experience, and this site with you. I am an extremely active blogger who is passionate about the low sodium life, and heart health related issues as that has been my very real life experience from a diagnosis of virus contracted cardiomyopathy, through managing heart failure, a pacemaker and ICD, an LVAD, being listed for a heart transplant, waiting on the list, and being blessed with a donated organ.
My journey has traveled the gamut of weight loss, cardiac rehab and exercise, medications, supplements, gout, managing hypertension, nutrition, cooking, PTSD and therapy, to managing a business, and the impact it has all had on my spouse, children, family, and friends. It has provided me with a wealth of stories to share with many others who are on the same or similar paths of life.
In my day job of co-owning a PR and Marketing Agency with my Wife, I have a deep experience in PR, Digital Marketing, and Social Media and bring those skills to bear here as well.
Posts I write typically consist of recipes, heart health related news and information, reviews, giveaways, and guides to finding low sodium choices at stores and restaurants. I love to find tips, tricks, and to create recipes and sharing those with my readers. My audience is a large and growing community of people affected by heart, liver, kidney, or Meniere’s disease. They are looking for heart healthy and affordable options.

Recipe Sharing & Development: If there are specific recipes on my site you would like to feature, I am glad to discuss a way you can obtain the rights to do so. I will also develop a recipe that uses your product and share that recipe and my experiences with your product with my audience, granted it fits into the USDA requirements for reduced, low, and no sodium. All posts are shared on social media as well. I can also work with you on giveaways should you desire.
Product Review & Giveaways: If you have a product that you feel fits well with Hacking Salt I’d love for you to contact me. I happily provide product reviews and giveaways that are appropriate with our audience and are family-friendly. My review team consists of myself, my wife, and my son and two daughters. All products will be honestly reviewed and my own opinion will be used. The products reviewed will not be returned to the sponsor. Hacking Salt is not responsible for shipping the prize to the giveaway winner. If you are interested in doing a giveaway or product review please contact me.
Brand Ambassador, Spokesperson, Speaker, & Trainer: I have had the honor of working with many companies, organizations, charities, medical organizations, and non-profits as a brand ambassador, Spokesperson, Speaker, & Trainer.
