Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almonds unsalted and/or raw if you prefer
  • 1/2 cup Cashews unsalted and/or raw if you prefer
  • 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts unsalted
  • 10 large Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Juice of 6 key limes or 1-2 regular limes depending on desired strength of lime flavor
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, process almonds, cashews and macadamia nuts until they are at a fine consistency.
  • Add in all other ingredients and process until a dough-like consistency starts to form.
  • Roll into bite sized balls.
  • Chill for about 20 minutes in your refrigerator or enjoy right away!
  • You can store these in the refrigerator for up to about one week.
