Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 5 peppercorns
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp anise seed
  • 1/4 tsp pimenton dulce spanish sweet paprika

Instructions
 

  • On stove over low heat toast seeds, do not let them smoke.
  • When just turning fragrant, remove from heat and pour into grinder or mortar and pestle.
  • Grind to fine powder.
  • Add pimenton and stir.
  • This makes enough for one meal, you may increase the amounts and store the blend in a spice jar.
