- 1 lb . Fresh Ground Beef
- 1 can Campbell's Ready to Serve Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 8 oz Sargento Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Ketchup Hunt's No Salt added
- 1/2 cup Mustard
- 2 cups Tater Tots lowest sodium you can find
- 1 Onion Diced
- 4 cloves Garlic
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
In a saute pan, brown the beef, onions, and garlic over medium high heat
Once the beef is browned, add the veggies, ketchup, mustard, and soup and stir all together and let it cook for for 3 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a glass baking dish, add a thin layer of cheese, cover with tater tots and place into the oven.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
