Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb . Fresh Ground Beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Ready to Serve Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz Sargento Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup Hunt's No Salt added
  • 1/2 cup Mustard
  • 2 cups Tater Tots lowest sodium you can find
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a saute pan, brown the beef, onions, and garlic over medium high heat
  • Once the beef is browned, add the veggies, ketchup, mustard, and soup and stir all together and let it cook for for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a glass baking dish, add a thin layer of cheese, cover with tater tots and place into the oven.
  • Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
