- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- In a saute pan, brown the beef, onions, and garlic over medium high heat
- Once the beef is browned, add the veggies, ketchup, mustard, and soup and stir all together and let it cook for for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass baking dish, add a thin layer of cheese, cover with tater tots and place into the oven.
- Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
