Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces medium Roma Tomatoes - cut into 1/4" Plum
  • 1 pieces medium Onion - cut into 1/4"
  • leaves Basil - 6-8 - cut into thin ribbons
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 oz Marscapone Cheese
  • 1 Box TRISCUIT Hint of Salt Crackers

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, onions, garlic, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Mix until they are thoroughly coated in the vinegar and oil
  • Lay the crackers out on your serving platter and spread approx 1/4 tsp of Marscapone on each so they are lightly coated.
  • Top the cheese with a small teaspoon full of the bruschetta mix.
  • Sprinkle the ribbons of fresh basil over the top and serve immediately.
