Ingredients
Method
- In your cocktail shaker, add the mint, kiwi, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Muddle the ingredients until the kiwi is pulped.
- Add the gin and liqueur to the shaker
- Fill with ice, cap the shaker and shake vigorously
- Pour through a strainer into a Collins glass filled with ice
- Top with Soda and swizzle the mix together
- Garnish with a slice of Kiwi (with the skin on)
