Make Your Own Salt Free Seasoning Mix for Meat, Poultry, and Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 5 peppercorns
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp anise seed
  • 1/4 tsp pimenton dulce spanish sweet paprika

Method
 

  1. On stove over low heat toast seeds, do not let them smoke.
  2. When just turning fragrant, remove from heat and pour into grinder or mortar and pestle.
  3. Grind to fine powder.
  4. Add pimenton and stir.
  5. This makes enough for one meal, you may increase the amounts and store the blend in a spice jar.
