Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Minced Onion
  • 2 T Minced Cilantro
  • 4 Minced Tomatillos
  • 2 Minced Jalapeno Peppers seeds and ribs removed
  • 1 T Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 T Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl mix together all ingredients.
  2. Increase or decrease Jalapenos based on desired level of heat.
