Everyone loves a Fiesta! Cinco de Mayo is a great holiday that is celebrated with food. Sadly, many of the traditional Mexican, Spanish, Latin, and Caribbean dishes are often high in salt. No to mention the salt on the rims of the Margarita glasses.
