Christopher Lower of Hacking Salt on the Weekly Dish FM 107.1

On Saturday I joined the lovely hosts of The Weekly Dish show on FM 107.1 in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Weekly Dish is a food and foodie-centric show that discusses all things food related in the Twin Cities and beyond. They talk about food trends, food science, new restaurants, mixology, craft beers & spirits, and all else. The show airs every Saturday from 9-11 AM Central Time. I was so thrilled to talk about Hacking Salt on the Weekly Dish.

About the Show

The shows hosts just happen to both be named Stephanie, and actually have been friends of mine for quite some time, even prior to me going low sodium. In my day job of Public Relations and Marketing for Restaurants for our firm – Sterling Cross Communications, I would often coordinate our clients to be on their show for their news. It was a bit of a shift for me, to be the one talking about my own news, and the story behind my new low sodium cookbook.

Stephanie March is the Food and Dining editor for the Mpls-St. Paul Magazine. She works around the clock covering the local dining scene. Overseeing the monthly coverage in the magazine, she also guides multiple cover stories annually in the areas of dining and beverage trends.

Stephanie Hansen the blogger, photographer and podcaster behind StephaniesWeeklyDish.com. It all began in 2005 when Stephanie March (Food Editor for Mpls.St.Paul Magazine) and she started the weekly food radio show on the Twin Cities station FM107.1, The Weekly Dish with Steph and Steph. Over ten years later the show is still going strong.
